Some solutions might be to use a public PDN and X.25, or to put all the hosts on Usenet and use uucp, or to try and get on a network like Arpanet, or CSNET. Maybe you would even use dialups and kermit :-). Please send me any ideas you have, and if you are doing something like this, real-life experience would be even more helpful.
