there exists a star trek adventure game available for micros entitled
"The Kobiashi Alternative".  It has a pretty intelligent parser and
is a lot of fun if you have an original copy with documentation.  One
of the creators of this game, Diane Duane, an author of Star Trek
novels, is on compuserve and may well be on the USEnet.
