A couple of people have had problems reaching me on ACF1.  Since all the 
TIHOR mailboxes are forarded to the same place sending mail to cmcl2!tihor
ill ork if cmcl2!acf7!tihor or cmcl2!acf1!tihor fail.  Our netmail people
are investigating the problem, trying to get sendmail to duplicate the 
reported problem.  In any case to simplify like for people on the Internet
copies of the rules document and the most recent newsletter can be picked
up via FTP (user ANONYMOUS, password YourName) from host NYU, files
