I am new to this net, so please pardon my ignorance.
What is the difference between the net.ham-radio and the
net.ham-radio.packet boards?

And, does anyone know of a small antenna that I could put
in a dormatory room? I left my rig at home because I have
no desent antenna system for such a small area. Keep in
mind that I also have to think about interference with
radio and tv's being so close. Any help is appreciated...
