Tompkins (K6ATX) The hero is Tommy Rockford. There has been a fourth one recently released according to an ad I just received. The books are available from Ham Radio Magazine whose address I don't have handy. They are accurate (as reasonably as the stories allow) in their depiction of ham radio. And are written for a young audience. Jr. High or early H.S. probably is the best age group. One of the books was made into a TV movie, I believe, but I don't remember which one. 73 Jim, K9GXC
