The English seem to keep a level head under the most intense situations. For example, an English airline pilot en route to New York from London discoved that the plane was in trouble. He then proceeded to make the announcement to the passengers (imagine this in your best English accent): "Ladies and gentlemen, I must report that our engine in on fire, but please don't worry. The Atlantic Ocean will soon put it out. Also, I've been informed that we wil be having fish for dinner. Thank you." --Ray Tripamer University of Nevada, Las Vegas !seismo!unrvax!unlv!ray
