I was working for the Army Corps of Engineers and we were sending out terminals, modems, and printers to environmental engineers at various installations throughout the country. Well one day I got a phone call, and the guy said that his terminal didn't work. So I asked him what was wrong with it. He replied that the box had a hole in the bottom and the bottom of the terminal was all smashed in. I told him that, that sounded like a good excuse for it not to work, so I told him to send it back and I would send it out to be repaired. Well do you want me to send you the other terminal too, he asked? What other terminal? The small black one with the lights on the front. Tom Eisaman
