The teache called on little Johnny and asked him to spell "shirt".
Johnny began "S....H....I............T."
"No, no, Johnny, that isn't right.  Please try again."  said the techer.
"S.................H..I..T." said Johnny proudly.
"No, wrong again, Johnny.  Mary.  Would please spell "shirt" slowly for Johnny
please.  Johnny, you listen carefully because I'm going to ask you to try
again when Mary gets through."  said the teacher.
Mary spells "S...H...I...R...T."
"O.K. Johnny, your turn again."  said the teacher.
Johnny spells "S.........H.........I.R...............OT."
"No, no, no Johnny"  said the teacher.  "You're confused."
A kid in the back of the room piped up and said  "Boy, I'll say he's confused.
He can't spell shit now!"
