When we received our first C.itoh CI300 manual wee found it to be a 
pre-production copy.  It contained a section concerning "printer configulation"
(which is illegal in many states) and such interesting grammatical
constructions as:

	INDICATOR will display corresponding DIGIT NUMBER with the

Preface

    The excellent output machine of MODEL CI-300 as extraordinary DOT MATRIX
LINE PRINTER, built in two MICROPROCESSORs as well as EAROM, is featured by

I feel that these statements stand for themselves.  My grammar and vocabulary
usage could stand some improvement, and this is not a slur on the Japanese;
indeed, there are many of us who might do much worse attempting to express
intricate social relationships in Japanese.  

Sure made for interesting reading around the lab, though...

PPS. They sent us another manual that was much improved and we love out
	CI-300!
