I just go MYSTIC PASCAL 1.5 (.... the fastest compiler of the galaxy)

How can I compile a program (e.g. the hanoi tower) so that the
generated code allows recursive calls ?
(I didn't find any compiler directives in the manuel or in the
 on-line help)
