I believe that the way I got on this list was either: - buying a product directly from them, or - buying one of their products anywhere and registering it with them. Anyway, you might investigate this if you want to buy Borland products because it is nice to get a big discount without going through "Uncle Melvins Cameras, Stereos, and Computers discount house".
