I was not aware NSC had cross-posted to so many groups, but think it entirely
apropriate for such a posting in THIS newsgroup.  Since I've got quite a bit of
time devoted to the NS32000 chips, I would welcome job opening postings from
other NS32000 users in this newsgroup.
