u can certainly buy 68Ks from motorola, no?

If you want board products, get hold of EDN, they seem to get
advertisers for such things.

Also, there is a publishing house in San Diego California who has been
putting out "Buyer's Guides" for many different types of board
products like multibus and vmebus.  Their name is Ironoak.  SOrry, my
copies are in my California office, and I am here in Germany so I
can't give you a better address.

Disclaimer:  I don't even know if Ironoak is still around, I don't
work or talk or anything with them, but I found their books useful on
several occasions.
