We presently have a number of SUNs and MASSCOMPs and are evaluating other vendors to create a user enviroment to display R/T telemetry data in multiple-windows. We have experience in the creation of windows on these systems, but not with running plots within these windows. Of course just plotting in a window is not the whole problem, having a plot resize when a window is reshaped would be desireable as well. Specifically has anyone heard of a package that might be called from a SUN window that would run plots in that window? We have looked at a package called DataViews which runs on all of our systems but requires the whole console to run, not just a window. We are now trying to hack up a package on the SUNs based on core or cgi but would be glad to hear of a package off the shelf which would simplify our efforts. Please post any replys directly to me and thanks in advance. -- Tom Woodrow Jet Propulsion Laboratory California Institute of Technology 4800 Oak Grove Drive, Pasadena, CA. 91109 Mail: 514-212K PHONE: (818) 577-6906 UUCP: {sdcrdcf|ihnp4|bellcore}!psivax!mc0!tom
