In release 1.1 and earlier, Intuition will refresh the entire window boundary
and all gadgets, system and user, very often, including when titles
are changed, windows are activated, windows are brought to the front,
and so on.

Future releases will not have this universal side-effect.  In particular,
setting the window title (SetWindowTitle()) no longer will have this
effect, nor will making a window active.

Please contact me if you feel that this will adversely effect your
programs, and we can discuss remedies.
