Lines: 25 From: S7YLF4%IRISHMVS.BITNET@WISCVM.WISC.EDU Hello again... 1> Well, I started with a fresh copy of Workbench 1.1, at least the one the salesman in LA gave me, and Preferences still does not save the time/date, and Date doesn't work either, even when I haven't rebooted (e.g. go into preferences, set date/time, hit save, then go back in right away.) 2> I don't see why Preferences shouldn't accept 0 as a left margin. If I want text printouts to start right at the left of the paper, that would be 0. Setting it to 1 in Prefs is a real pain since Textcraft then reads the left margin that way, and I have to drag it over every time I start a new document (okay, so I'm lazy). Since I'm primarily using the save as text option, I want to see how it looks in 80 columns. (For uploading messages to a local BBS. I don't use ED because I don't have that nifty electronic reference card that tells you about it. nj / Narciso Jaramillo BITNET: s7ylf4@irishmvs ARPANET: {probably} s7ylf4%irishmvs.BITNET@wiscvm.wisc.EDU, but don't quote me (especially to the systems people) USENET: I have absolutely NO idea.
