Sometime around the middle of Jan. I purchased a set of manuals from a dealer.
This was supposed to include the ROM Kernel Manual.  However, rather than the
manual I found a card with instructions which said I should fill out the card
and mail it in order to have the ROM Kernel Manual sent to me.  I filled out
the card and mailed it the next day.  It has now been over 6 weeks
and I have not yet received either the manual or any acknowledgment
that the card was received.  I talked to the dealer and he said that he had
also sent in a card and had not yet received the manual.  Is there some kind
of problem with shipping these manuals or should I assume that my card was
lost in the mail?  Who can I talk to in order to find out?
