Lines: 15 From: CAROZZONI@RADC-TOPS20.ARPA A month ago, I ordered a NEC Multisync monitor. I received it this weekend and have been using it for a couple days now. The previous BB posting of how to make a DB25 into a DB23 worked just fine. I made a short jumper cable (DB23 to a DB9 female using a short 2 inch shielded cable) and then connected this to the cable that came with the NEC 1401. The Amiga monitor outputs that I used were R,G,B,HorzSync, & VertSync. A side by side comaprison yielded the NEC as the prefered monitor over the C-A monitor and the Sony K?13?? TV monitor. Besides, what monitor would you expect us to prefer after dishing out $549 for the NEC Multisync. -------
