Re the posting of the command description of UUENCODE/UUDECODE in reply
to the request (by Stephen Leicht) about the information.  

I would assume that the question was for information of a more technical
nature, i.e. how is the file encoded?  The command description does noone
any good unless they have the command on their system, in which case there
SHOULD be a decent on-line manual entry which describes the invocation.

Does anyone have a nice, concise description of the UUENCODE/UUDECODE
process?  If it is too long to post to the net, could someone at least
send it directly to me?
