I'm searching the screen memory of the ST or a pointer to it when the ST is in command mode (COMMAND.TOS) or it is in a TOS application. I want to do direct character screen I/O like you can do on the IBM-PC, that means I want to write directly into the character screen memory. I know that you can do this in the pixel memory, as there are several hints mentioned in the developers kit documentation, but there is no word about a character buffer. Any hints are welcome.
