Since the newer C64's don't work with the CP/M cartridge, I think you are out of luck. You can run Turbo Pascal on the 128 though. I don't know which Pascal to recommend, but I highly recommend the Pro-Line C compiler. It's a full C compiler (except bit fields). You have all the good things from C (like structs, unions, separate compilation). The package comes with a pretty good screen editor that has a built in C language parser so you don't have to load the compiler to check for typos (saves lots of time considering the speed of the 1541!).
