The Apple Legal Department is currently working out guidelines for
electronic distribution of Apple Copyrighted Software.  These details
should be finalized next week, and I will post the results as soon as I get
them.

I have just noticed today that the MacInTalk speech driver was posted.
First, there was no mention that this is Copyrighted by Apple.  Second, I
don't know if the poster had a license to distribute this, but the December
1985 Software Supplement update says:
	
	You may not distribute a product which uses MACINTALK without
specific written permission of Apple Computer Inc.  

It is my opinion that this should not have been posted.  I have replied
directly to the poster and hope that the posting will be cancelled.
