I previously posted a message about an error I discovered in (my copy of)
the new hardbound Inside Macintosh.
In my copy, the index has been truncated in the middle of the t's, with
that page pasted to the inside back cover. In other words, the rest of
the index is missing.  I have received mail from some people who say
that their copy is fine - nothing missing.  Am I the only one who has
been "short-sheeted?" Or rather, does anyone else have this problem?
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone else who has.
