I'd like a piece of C code that executes on a Unix host, but I'm not picky. Basically, I want to upload Microsoft Word documents from my Mac to a friendly programming environment, where a conversion utility will convert them to something more interchangeable, like troff or TeX source. I can already do the uploading part. Macput and macget or kermit work just fine. I need a utility which reads Microsoft Word format and writes troff or TeX source. Utilities to convert the other way are also appreciated, TeX or troff source => Microsoft Word document. Also utilities to convert MacWrite document <==> Troff or TeX source. Or any code that reads and interprets a MacWrite or Microsoft Word document. Or pointers to documentation on the format of a MacWrite or Microsoft Word document. -- Jon Krueger UUCP: ...seismo!rochester!ur-tut!tuba USMAIL: University of Rochester BITNET: TUBA@UORDBV Taylor Hall Phone: (716) 275-2811 work, 473-4124 home Rochester, NY 14627
