     Does  anyone  know  of  a product which supports  an MSDOS  shell on a
     multitasking kernel?   I have spoken to some people at Hunter & Ready,
     a company which  builds  a  ROM-based,  Versatile  Real-Time eXecutive
     (VRTX),  and they  say some  of  their clients are working  on porting
     MSDOS to their environment.
     
     My real goal is to support *real-time*  tasks running in the backround
     while an MSDOS shell supports many of  the languages and  tools needed
     to write those applications in the foreground.
     
     Any help would be MUCH appreciated.  Please contact me via mail, or by
