Are we missing something or does the IBM Graphics driver not support
screen dumps from an EGA operating in high-resolution mode? It still
seems to work fine when the EGA operates in standard color mode. All
blanks come out when the adapter is in high-res. We are using an
Epson printer.

Any thing to fix this? Are there any programs which will take a high
resolution EGA image and dump it to the printer?
