I'm looking for a chip called a "RAM PAL" which is made
by somebody called Software Wizardry. It can replace
the PAL that is already in the H/Z150-160 series and
allow you to use two banks of 256K memories to expand
the H/Z to 640K.  I know that Heathkit can order it for
~$40, but I'm sure there are quicker and cheaper ways.
Can anybody help?  Much Grass, as the Spaniards say.
