I am in the market for printed circuit board CAD software for the
PC with CGA (also Compaq compatable). Low price is a necessity and
schematic generation would be a nice capability.  I am looking very
seriously at smARTWORK from Wintek and SCHEMA but the combination
would cost around $1400 and would not work together.  A company
somewhere in California had a package available 'real soon now'
at MIDCON in '84 but I haven't heard any more about them.  Their
product was an integrated schematic/PCB artwork package that was
to cost around $1200...  So:

1)Does anyone out there use such a program(s)? How are they performing?

2)Does anyone KNOW of such software? Price? Reviews? Comments?
