Below is what I have found. There are several companies that are doing facsimile for the IBM-PC and compatibles. TITN Inc. 24301 Southland Dr. Suite 200 Hayward, California 94545 (415) 785-5970 LaserFAX Inc. 2000 Palm Street S., Naples, Florida 33962 (813) 775-2737 Gammalink 2452 Embarcadero Way Palo Alto, California 94303 (415) 856-7421 TITN produces software for to support FAX based on X.25 running on IBM-PC compatible computers. They are producing software that will be used on products available from several different vendors. They are currently working with 2 U.S. manufacturers and one Taiwanese manufacturer. They currently have a demonstrable product. In June they will have their software product available on a single board solution. LaserFAX Inc. has a LaserFAXimile Card together with LaserFAX photocopier and a LaserFAX TEXreader. The FAX product will be available in June. Gammalink will introduce a new FAX product at this spring's Comdex show. They will share a booth with Cannon. Cannon will demo their new scanner along with the GammaFax product. Gammalink currently has a 2 board solution based on a SDLC card and their 9600 baud modem card. They will be introducing a single board solution in June. Ken Hodor hplabs!hodor
