It has XMODEM file transfer, and runs upto 19,200 baud. Also, they are very responsive to questions. The original Omniterm was a much more restircted terminal package. It didn't work with a VT100 termcap but required a special termcap. It did not support XMODEM. If you need to use a wide variety of mainframes and need to insure file integrity then Omniterm Plus is worth it. If you are getting by with Omniterm then why change.
