	Warren Burnstein (pluto!warren) tells me that pluto (the site, not
the planet) has ceased to exist as a viable entity.  They have been down
for the past couple of weeks.  We've pulled them from our uucp tables as
there doesn't seem to be any chance that they will come back up again.
