International satellite time is horrendously expensive and operates on a totally different basis (financially, politically, etc.) from domestic satellites. I don't see any way to finance international Stargate broadcast at this time. Of course, a European version of Stargate could theoretically be setup using a European domestic satellite, but there would be many complex issues involved (I'll discuss some of these issues in my Stargate talk at the April EUUG meeting). --Lauren--
