He said that Newman was using the terms power, work, and energy interchangeably. One must conclude that Newman doesn't understand the difference. As my cubicle mate said, it would be hard to argue with Newman because he heaps fallacy upon fallacy. You would be back on the definition of work, and he would be up to explaining the magnetic "energy" of atoms. If anyone got some sensible information from Newman, I would like to hear it.
