On the other hand the nuclear freeze has been supported by 70% of Americans in virtually every poll I have ever seen on the subject. It has been endorsed by resolution in every state it has been placed on the ballot. It has been endorsed by hundreds of municipalities. It is no easy feat to obtain the signatures of 1.2 million Americans in a matter of months. Please explain why having both sides negotiate a halt to the nuclear arms race "is not good" for the American people. tim sevener whuxn!orb
