Then there was the DEC tech, doing a PM on an RP04 that was making
some strange noises.  He fiddled with the latch on the cover so it
could spin up to speed with the cover open. He leaned over the spinning
disk to listen.

Then his tie got caught on the *outside* edge of the spinning pack.......
