Multiple trips by CE's, replaced electro-mechanical parts, etc., but no solution. Finally the manufacturer sent out an engineer to try to figure out what was going wrong. WELL -- it seems that this printer's paper stacker was on *top* of the printer rather than behind it: just over the front panel with all the standard control buttons. It so happened that one of the women operators was well-endowed, and when she went to retrieve listings, well, a certain button got pushed and Voila! Blank pages in the next report! -- Mike Lutz Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY UUCP: {allegra, seismo}!rochester!ritcv!mjl CSNET: mjl%rit@csnet-relay.ARPA
