My two favorites at present are _For My Lady_ by The Moody Blues (from the album _Seventh Sojourn_) and _The Power Of Love_ by Air Supply (from the album _Air Supply_). The first is an oldie that has been my fave for years, the second is recent. Both describe how I feel about that Lady I haven't met yet.
