The problem with this approach, I've found, is that often people who say
the most inane and obnoxious things one day, or in one newsgroup, end up
saying extremely informative and interesting things the next day, or in
some more appropriate forum.  For example, you may delete joe@slowvax
because you don't like the way he always uses male pronouns in net.singles,
only to later see an excerpt of one of his postings in net.arch in which he
announces his discovery of a 2-instruction Reference Monitor, only to
discover, alas, that it's already been deleted from the system, and you
missed it.
