Well, this situation is not unique. I am 6', in excess of 300lbs, 
a former all american in football and wrestling, and look like a 
cross between Lyle Alzado and the State of Deleware. I studiosly
collect recipes, cook with creativity and panache, and generally
know my way about a kitchen. Your preconceptions are showing...
