Now *this* makes more sense than anything I've read on the net in ages. I was amazed by the people who posted/mailed letters to me saying, basically, "Why are you bothering with the guy?" when I asked for suggestions as to what to do together. Frankly, if I was following some of the more popular "rules for relationships" that I've seen on this net, in certain magazines, and that even I leaned toward believing for awhile I would never have gotten involved with my current beau. And, consequently, wouldn't be nearly as happy as I am now. Maybe Andy has a point in the emphasis on rules being a reflection of the technical nature of most of the people on the net. Since I'm more of an artistic/creative person than a logical/technical person (Although I try to be fairly balanced) maybe that's why I tend to not form rules for things. Oh well, just rambling thoughts. Share and enjoy - elizabeth g. purtell (Lady Godiva)
