Since asking people to bitch about net.sources.d or forever hold their
peace, I have received one response suggesting we delete net.sources
instead and 6 more positive responses, so I'm going to cheat (before
I forget) and create it now (late 03/08) rather than 03/10 as promised.

net.sources readers:  Please use net.wanted.sources for requests for
sources, use net.sources for sources ONLY, and use net.sources.d for
EVERYTHING else.  It is still strongly suggested that you send your
sources to the mod.sources moderator instead of posting them to net.sources
at all.
