It looks as if the pieces of the two-part file have been truncated. When I save out both notes, they end up being both 65622 bytes long. Would it be possible for you to break the binary file up into three pieces? I have heard that notes only allows 64K per individual posting, and half the size of the full uuencoded file plus your headers exceeds that limit.
