I typed this apology a whie ago, but somehow it wasnt posted either.

What happened is, I tried to upload magneto 5 times, and each time it print
ed something on the order of "^NPackit", then in beeped for 2 minutes, then it
printed a whole screenful of "^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@", beeped again, then
it started doing something that looked like uploading, but it had done a shell
escape by then and was uploading to the main system not to usenet... I dont
know what happened... I will try to get someone else to upload it if it does not work this time.
