          The Organization for the Advancement of Space
     Industrialization and Settlement's planned talk at
     Rockwell International on the future of the Shuttle
     has been cancelled at the direction of Rockwell
     management.  The talk was originally scheduled for
     7:00 PM on Saturday, March 15, 1986 in Downey.

          As we are unable to arrange for a replacement
     facility, our monthly meeting is cancelled.  We
     apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
