It is rather unlikely that 128V will blow your recharger, since it is probably designed to provide a lot more current than is actually drawn charging batteries. If you are concerned you can get a multiple-cell charger and charge fewer cells at a time, reducing the load on the recharger. Be sure to follow directions since many of the multi-cell rechargers charge pairs of cells in series and if you leave out the wrong cells you won't charge anything. Dave Rabinowitz hplabs!hp-pcd!daver
