It was called "Evil Roy Slade" and starred John Astin (of the Addam's Family). In the ensuing years, I've read each week's movie listing in hopes of seeing (and perhaps Taping!) it. But to no avail. Does anyone know if this film is available from a video tape warehouse or have any information about where I could view it again? Is it possible to write to a network or film company to inquire about broadcasting it?
