All you Family Affair fans out there (why not, there are Barry Manilow
fans, why not Family Affair fans) might like to know that the actress who
played Buffy is probably dead.  I vaguely remember reading something about
it, but I have a very clear memory of hearing a song on the radio that
had the chorus (imagine a nauseatingly cheerful melody):

Buffy, Buffy come back to me
Why'd you have to go and OD?
What about Mr. French, Jody, and Sissie?


Don't know who did it, but it reminded me of the song that went "Everybody
run, the Homecoming Queen has got a gun."
