(Other people are making efforts to port it to the Amiga and Atari ST, but I don't believe those are available yet.) UW is available via anonymous FTP from S1-C.ARPA (the filenames are "uwdist3.1", "uwdist3.2", "uwdist3.3", "uwdist3.4"). It was posted to "net.sources.mac" several months ago, so if you archive the source newsgroups you can get it from there. If all else fails you can mail to me, and we'll work something out (I don't like to send UW across multiple-hop UUCP connections because of its size). To avoid the cost of sending UW across the oceans, two people have graciously agreed to redistribute UW for me. If you are in Europe you should contact Guido van Rossum "mcvax!guido". If you are Australia, please contact Robert Elz (kre@munnari.OZ). -- John Bruner (S-1 Project, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory) MILNET: jdb@mordor [jdb@s1-c.ARPA] (415) 422-0758 UUCP: ...!ucbvax!dual!mordor!jdb ...!seismo!mordor!jdb
