Summary: BSD port to 3B's

A small group of intrepid folks from the COmputer Sciences Department
and the Computation Center here at UT is attempting to port 4.2 to a
3B20.  It is a low priority project, since it is done in our spare time.
We'll let everybody know when we make progress.
