Can anyone enlighten me and maybe a few other netters about the pros and cons of using honey over white sugar? My first impression is that they're pretty much the same nutritionally, but some natural foods makers like to add a little hype when they include honey instead of sugar in their products. So is honey as fattening, does it cause as much tooth decay, etc., as sugar? -- {ihnp4,convex,pur-ee}!uiucdcs!schwager schwager%uiuc@csnet-relay.arpa University of Illinois, Dept. of Computer Science
